The escapades of an autistic daughter and her dad. Follow along to see what oddball posts will surface from the depths of the basement. In the words of Courtney Campbell, "Come on in and spend some time with us!"
My dad and I wrote a Home Movies episode this weekend. The episode centers around Shannon proposing an idea where they make a movie about going on this crazy joyride (this pitch is cleverly disguised as one of his elaborate schemes). After Brendon approves of this idea, they (being Shannon), steal Mr. Lynch's keys and HIJACK his car!
Courtesy of my dad.
My best friend recommended an idea for the ending. Where when the kids are being punished, someone could ask Brendon if he'd do another joyride again. He would say no in favor of just wanting to keep the fond memory. I'll see if I can combine it with the ending that dad and I thought of and determine whether both would be compatible enough.
Will plan on working on episode 8 of my fan series, as I think I know what I wanna do with the scene we left off on.
So I recorded part of my next plush video last night. This is my first time filming in public, and me and my friend getting that "What kind of crack are they on?" kind of glare. Last night was also one of the rare occasions where mom tagged along, so it was nice having a change of pace! Though....The cats seemed to really miss her.
Anyways, dad and I have the Dollar Tree dinner + movie night this evening. Here's hoping we can get some good eats instead of the "iconic" dollar store chili we make fun of. I'll update with our ratings on the food of course. But until then, here are some behind the scenes photos!
Got these from the one of many claw machines.
The cast + Groucho
Brendon and his clapperboard
Shannon and my friend's Budsie.
BACK FROM DOLLAR TREE! (or as my dad now puts it, the "$1.25 Tree").
So for my ratings on the food? I got my usual "SNAPPS Mozzarella Sticks" as well as some chicken fingers and cookie dough bites!
Cheese sticks: As usual, very good! We undercooked em last time we did a Dollar Store dinner, so we made up for that little mistake. (10\10 as always)
Chicken Strips: Soooo I kinda effed up with this one. Turns out these are SPICY chicken strips. Now I HATE spicy food, though a little cheese dip at a Mexican joint never hurt me. But when I first picked up a slab of poultry from the tray, it was all rubbery and floppy. Red flag! I took a small bite, wasn't too bad, the next bite was when the spice caught up to me, so I stopped. If you're into spicy food, that's all but fine! This just isn't in my league. (4\10)
Cookie Dough Bites: They had two different flavors in stock. Those being fudge brownie and birthday cake! Birthday cake tasted really good! Kinda like biting into actual cookie dough. Great emulation, folks! (10\10) As for fudge brownie....Kind of a disappointment. (6\10)
Chocolate and sea salt caramels: My dad snatched these on our way to the check-out line. We snacked on them during the drive home. These were delicious! The addition of a sprinkle of sea salt added some extra flavor! Totally plan on buying these again! (10\10)
Now onto our official ratings for Balto II: Wolf Quest!
I've only seen this movie one other time, which was on Kimcartoon. I had some pretty high expectations for this film as the late Mary Kay Bergman was in it for a small period of time.
Story: Pretty good! Seemed like something I would have been into 6-8 years ago! But being a furry of 8 years, it was definitely something to enjoy. I especially liked the elements involving things like the totem pole and Balto having these visions. Totally adds that little extra suspense to the matter. (9\10)
Characters: Also quite good! Aleu is probably my favorite character, and frankly the most relatable. I'm still trying to figure out what I wanna do with my life once I finish school. So Aleu's story really resonated with me. As for the other characters, they were quite good too! A few were pretty generic, but that's no biggie. (9.5\10)
Acting: The voice acting was really good! Extra points for MKB being in the cast prior to her passing. Aside from her small role, the other casts members were wonderful. (10\10)
Was Balto II worth the $5 we paid for it at Savers? In my opinion, yes. Though...My dad says otherwise.
Care to throw in your 2 cents on the food and movie, dad?
OK. I thought that BALTO II: WOLF QUEST was well-done enough, visually. Story-wise it was a pretty by-the-numbers mish-mash. It was like a Frankenstein graft of several movies, from WATERSHIP DOWN to THE LION KING. There were lots of fake dangerous situations involving falling off cliffs and/or into the water. The "mystical spirit animal" element were pretty ho-hum. It just never seemed to find the right groove.
We ended up going to two different "Dollar Tree" locations, as the first one didn't have the frozen food section. Not a complete bust, as I scored a few crossword puzzle books and a couple promising-looking DVDs. (See above photo.)
The Jamaican Jerk Chicken pocket and Bean and Cheese Burrito were both pleasantly edible. I'll keep them in mind for further cheap-food runs. I got some Snack Pack pudding cups for desert. As Abraham Lincoln famously noted, "It's all good, yo!"
(Pretty shocked that I didn't GAG at the sight of them pudding cups. Story behind THAT will be a chitchat for another day).
Tonight is my monthly meetup with some friends. My friend, Vizorr will be attending, so I'll see if we can do more photography\filming together. Its for a plush video where Shannon is fed up with people roasting him for looking like (insert food object here). So he goes to meet the person who has been roasting him for God knows how long (that will be one of Vizorr's Budsies if they bring one).
I do have some plans for next month's meetup.
Dad and I often pass by this place called "Sunny's Family Drive-In" on our way to the meetup. Sunny's is one of those local mom and pop diners. I've been wanting to try them out for AGES now, so why not look into it? Dad and I checked out the menu and it seems like they've got anything and everything that I enjoy eating. So, due to the budget this week, I told dad we could try it out NEXT month. See if they become an occasional pit stop on the way over.
So I'm working on a story arch for season 2 of my fan series. The story involves Clarice working on earning her master's degree in acting, and enlists the help of Duane, Jimmy, and the other characters in Home Movies. I won't spoil any further details right now other that what I've listed above. This arch actually gained inspiration from when I started listening to covers from "Glee" not too long ago. Specifically these songs below.
This would be used for a solo in this arch.
Ok, maybe I WILL provide more context, so for the college students to earn their degree, their task for the semester is to make a 100% original screenplay and NOT base it off any source material from previous Broadway musicals. This rule was specifically added to test Clarice's limits since she's considered the "black sheep" of her class. But, little do we know, our fellow student has a screenplay of her own and had been writing it since MIDDLE SCHOOL.
One of many problems that will rise is that Duane doesn't know what the hell he's doing half the time, since he's not a musical type of person compared to his friend. And of course, Brendon will be recording this musical as one of his MANY movies! (Then again, season 2 is already gonna be musical based).
Anyways, with that out of the way, I'll get back to writing.
So I'm currently working on a short titled "Zorak VS GoAnimate" where our Lone Locust reacts to GoAnimate videos... That's literally it.
Now I LOVED these videos during my early days of the internet (2016-2017) and still enjoy these just to get a good laugh. I would sign up for Vyond (formerly GoAnimate) but the cost for a membership is insanely expensive at $300 a year. Will probably wait until I have my own life so I can get a job to make a decent living.
But anyways, today is Thursday and we're just making the round with takeout and shopping, dad and I have our Dollar Tree dinner + movie night on Sunday and I have my local Fur-Meet on Saturday!
Rules for the Dollar Store Dinner
Each person must choose 3 of the following
1 entre
1 side
and a desert of some kind.
The movie we will be watching on Sunday is Balto II: Wolf Quest.
So I was casually going through my YouTube feed on the internet, as per my usual nighttime routine. I then got a notification that somebody replied to a comment I made a month or two ago!
See I found this stand-up comedian named Val Kappa. How did I find her? HOME MOVIES, duh. She voiced Clarice\Lil Mama in like....2 episodes. But I took a listen to this woman's comedy and its actually really good! You should give it a listen, dad!
I also saw that Miss Kappa was just in the area on the 15th! If I had known about her sooner, I would have attended. (Will probably wait until that Clarice Budsie comes to fruition before I head to an actual concert). Then again, I have Weird Al and Emo Philips in May hopefully.
Anyways, now that we've got the car back, I can safely say we're staying home. Which should give me some time to listen to more stand-up and working on my own scripts. So that should be fun!
Still no word from Budsies just yet. All I know is they're actually working on the plush right now.
So mom and I were saying that if we get the car back today, we could head to Tops and stock up on some things. Again, glad I got to skip my doctor's appointment today. I am in no mood to put up with body image issues today.
Not sure what I plan on doing to keep myself busy (aside from school). Might just work on some script writing for my projects.... Or watch Adult Swim recordings maybe? Who knows.
See, my mom's car horn is messed up all of a sudden. So she'll be calling the mechanic soon. But the best part about this is I get to miss my doctor's appointment!
Too bad I didn't know about the horn issue yesterday while I was just hanging around the house. I ended up making a batch of bran muffins and clearing the driveway. Oh, well... Monday Morning Quarterbacking.
On a lighter note, I just got word that Mr. Monet is close to completion.
Snip Snip!
Unfortunately, my drive to do Jason next has been pushed back to after my next character who was initially gonna be the last one in the Home Movies lineup.
Sorry, dad...Character obsessions just run deep after a while.
And NO, this doesn't mean Jason is gonna be the last HM character, those spots are reserved for my OCS, Jason will come after Clarice (or shall I say "Lil Mama"). Her ref sheet will be something to look into sometime soon hopefully!
Father and I have decided to put the Dollar Tree night on hold until next Sunday due to our budget being blown on the movie theater yesterday.
Speaking of which, my friends and I are talking about Encanto last night since we saw it recently.
(Friend 1)
Me: Did you see Encanto yet?
Friend: Yeah! I did!
Me: How did you like it? I personally thought it was REALLY good!
Friend: I honestly think it was meh, not saying I could make a movie people love like Encanto , but I thought it was an ok movie. It felt REALLY short.
(Friend 2)
Note: This was over video call
Friend: It was alright, the songs and characters were really good tho!
Me: I agree. I personally think it was a really good movie!
So their reviews were pretty lukewarm.
This stay at home day could help me with completing\starting on some projects.
And now.... Our official review on Disney's "Encanto"
A spoiler alert is officially in effect.
Before we got to view the actual movie, we were treated to another cute Pixar short called "Far From The Tree"
This short took a more traditional animation aesthetic compared to more recent shorts, but the story was very bittersweet.
Our short starts off with a racoon and their father as they go hunting for....Clams? Well they gotta eat something, right??? Anyways, the dad is very protective of his child after a tragic accident that made him blind in one eye.
Now if you know children, they want to explore everything they can get their hands on! And its very obvious with this racoon. The lil fella wants to explore the beach and experience that feeling of wonder..... Much to the father's annoyance. After being told MULTIPLE TIMES to stay put, and having a seashell broken, the racoon escapes once again....But strays too far from the dad, resulting in an encounter with a wolf! The poor thing gets two scars on the snout and is rescued by ol' pops.
Our next scene takes place years later when our racoon is all grown up and has a child of its own. The two set out to go to the beach, but the racoon gains that same fear its father had displayed all those years ago. At first, it tries to get the kid to stay put and at one point resorts to scolding as did the father. But our newfound parent realizes something... Kids learn by example, and doesn't want the child to learn to live in fear. So after their time at the beach, the two head home and the racoon explains to the kid about what happened to them and their father, and wouldn't want the same to happen to their kid. The short ends with the two listening to the sea through the seashell. Very beautiful short (10\10)
Honestly, I was a little worried about this short. It started out looking like a student film that might have been posted to YouTube. A very well-done student film. After the first minute, though, I relaxed and ultimately let it wash over me. (I generally like funny cartoons, but, hey, that's only my in-grained preference.)
And now...Our feature presentation.
Encanto was surely a wonderful experience and felt like you were genuinely in Columbia. Our movie starts off with our main protagonist, Mirabel Madrigal talking with her Abuela about the gift ceremony. Abuela then explains the story of the miracle... The story goes like this....
Abuela and her now deceased husband had to flee from their home with dozens of other people due to an invasion of soldiers. The husband sacrifices himself to save his wife (and recently added triplets). Thus, creating a miracle to help protect the people. Abuela is left in charge to protect the town and her children for the next 50 years...
We're then taken to Mirabel's gift ceremony, apparently, the way things work is that each child has a gift, which we'll get to shortly, each kid must touch the miracle candle in order to receive the power to activate their own door and grant them their gift. Mirabel, however, doesn't get a gift. Many have speculated that its because she wiped her hands on her dress after touching the candle, which could be possible since it seems like the most accurate explanation. Abuela and Mirabel are obviously disappointed, but Mirabel is certain she'll still make her Abuela and the family proud.
Fast forward many years later and we're treated to a really catchy song where Mirabel introduces herself and introduces us, the audience, to "The Family Madrigal"
We're later given the news that tonight is cousin Antonio's gift ceremony, which Abuela is hesitant to have Mirabel be present in. The first few minutes re Mirabel trying to help her sisters, Isabella and Luisa, with preparing for the party. But Abuela insists on Mirabel stepping aside just this once...
Mirabel then goes to check on a nervous Antonio about the ceremony. The two share a few kind words and Antonio is given a stuffed tiger as a present. Very cute! <3
On the night of the ceremony, Antonio is obviously having "ceremony stage fright" as I call it. And he requests Mirabel escort him. She tries to tell him she can't but gives in anyway. We're treated to a few flashbacks from Mirabel's ceremony when she was Antonio's age. 2 words, emotional damage. But we find out that Antonio's gift is that he can talk to animals! Which I thought was a really cute touch.
As the family celebrates, we get a beautiful ballad where Mirabel vents about how she wishes she had a gift like her cousins and sisters.
This song was visually and musically pleasing to the ears and eyes. This was one of the select few that mouthed the words to this song (Though....Only one other family was present besides us). But after the song.....We find out our main conflict (aside from Abuela and Isabella absolutely HATING Mirabel).
THERE ARE CRACKS IN THE HOUSE!!!!
Mirabel warns Abuela and the others to look at the disaster that may possibly strike. But by the time they arrive to the scene, the cracks have mysteriously faded away....
Act II involves the family having breakfast together and Abuela instructing the kids to work twice as hard that day. After Mirabel confides in Dolores about the cracks, Dolores informs her cousin that Luisa may have answers. Taking the advice to heart, Mirabel leaves to go find Luisa. When she does find her sister, Luisa is showing very obvious signs of burnout, coming as someone who is also a people pleaser, I know how this feels on a personal level. We're treated to another catchy song that I've been playing on repeat for 2 whole days to get me PUMPED for this movie.
After the song ends, Luisa tells Mirabel that after the cracks were discovered... She (Luisa) began to feel WEAK. This is a VERY big key to the mystery. Mirabel then talks to Abuela about her discussion with Luisa, when suddenly...Luisa comes in the "casita" crying because she's losing her gift! She is unable to lift heavy objects like she's used to, and this creates a very big issue as Isabella is having a forced proposal in a couple of hours. And the family must be fit to perfection.
Mirabel then remembers that her uncle, Bruno, might have something to do with this. Now the family tries not to acknowledge Bruno's existence, since whenever his name is mentioned, someone always says "we don't talk about Bruno...." and we learn a little more about him throughout the movie.
Mirabel stumbles upon a broken vision Bruno discovered YEARS ago. The vision shows Mirabel in front of a cracked casita, giving us initial first impressions that SHE'S responsible for the cracks and Luisa losing her gift.
When she confides in her aunt, Pepa, we're gifted with the popular earworm of a song that is "We Don't Talk About Bruno." (Fun fact: This song recently hit the most popular Disney song, finally beating out "Let It Go"). Where citizens are freaking out saying stuff like "Bruno told me my goldish would die! The next day, BAM! Dead!" Another says "He told me a grew a gut, and the next day, I did." So to put it short, Bruno is bad because the town thinks he's a jinx.
Mirabel then finds a hidden entrance where Bruno has been hiding the past....Idk how many years... The two then have a talk about what has been going on and how Mirabel wants to find out how to save the miracle! Turns out in order to save the miracle, Mirabel must reconcile with Isabela. Which leads us to...
Act III
Mirabel then tries to talk to Isabella, which starts off pretty rocky at first, but we get another musical number where Isabela talks about how she is sick of being perfect and how she wants to do her own thing! Thus causing an overgrowth of plants and Abuela being pissed af!
This argument then causes the house to CRUMBLE! And sadly...Fall to pieces... Dad and I both missed a few seconds of this as each of us had to use the restroom, but while the family tries to process things, Mirabel and Abuela then have a heart to heart between the two, where Abuela then apologizes for all of her wrongdoings and they go on to rebuilding the house and accepting Bruno as part of the family once again.
Now what did we think of the movie!?
For me, I thought it was one of Disney's greatest movies in 2021! We have Turning Red coming to Disney+ in a couple of months and the recently announced "Lightyear" coming this summer (not sure if I plan on seeing that one, but it seems promising). Father and I will be taking a hiatus from the cinemas until April for our viewings of Sonic 2 and The Bad Guys (and the Bob's Burgers Movie in May). As for Encanto, while not as great as Sing 2, I highly recommend it for the kiddos and for those who are into animated musicals. Story was beautiful and touched on the topic of generational trauma. Abuela losing her husband really hurt her and didn't want to lose her kids or grandkids. Anyways, gotta skidadle for a call with my friend. Encanto gets a (8\10)
What about you dad?
Actually, I give this one the edge over Sing 2. Come on, it had original songs, not just Kidz Bop covers.
Very impressed how the 100,000 people that worked on this have managed to find a way to animate "human" characters that don't have that dead-eyed Uncanny Valley look.
I suggest that the best way to see this one is in a theater for full effect.
Now, that trailer for "Rumble" looks terrible. "Paramount Animation Studios?" The Fleischer brothers are spinning in their graves.
Dad and I will be going back to the cinema tomorrow to view the rave reviewed "Encanto" by Pixar. TikTok videos about the movie have tapered down a bit, which is a sigh of relief on my part. Still pretty stoked to see what they've got in store.
So my Home Movies essay has been finished in terms of scripting, just gotta record my lines and hope people don't cancel me. Btw here's a doodle I made yesterday for some upcoming episodes of my fan series (which we might get back to work on soon depending on our energy.)
But neither of these things are what this post is about.
The show's 13th season will also be dropping on February 25th.
Anyways, this show has been a HUGE part of my life the past decade. I haven't had the time to watch it nowadays (with the exception of the weekend time slots at 10:00 pm) as the show usually airs really early in the morning (roughly 6-7 am). But will DEFINNITELY tune in for season 13 that's for sure!
Now we have to wait for our buddy AOK to do "Cyberchase As Adults." Now THAT would be cool.
Just as long as Inez and Matt don't get married....It would be a nightmare....
Happy 20th, Cyberchase! Can't wait to see what you'll be bringing to the table in February and the generations of kids that will be tuning in every day, as well as generations before (like myself) who will watch from afar and remember the good old days. Or be like me and still watch episodes. =)
So a fellow mutual mentioned in a Home Movies Discord server that Clarice, based on their first opinions, is possibly autistic. Which looking back on it now, seems accurate to her "weirdness." I'm planning to make a video diving deeper into this theory since I myself am neurodivergent and after watching both "Class Trip" and "Guitarmageddon" in one sitting, we both share similar traits! So bonus points for that!
Wait until you guys see the story arch I have written for her in an upcoming season of HMR.
So its a pretty average Thursday if you ask me. I've started fixating on Webkinz once again as of last night, and plan on possibly making a "dramatic retelling" of the well known fanfic "Hogwarts School Of Prayer And Miracles" because its a guilty pleasure to give this thing a read sometimes and I don't apologize for it. Though I can't guarantee it'll come into fruition any time soon since I'm still casting all the characters.
"The beloved, long-time children’s show Arthur is coming to an end, but the creators behind the series have one more surprise. According to Variety, in the series finale, they’ll flash-forward to show Arthur and his friends as grown-ups, which is probably supposed to be heart-warming, but sounds sort of depressing. Like, will Arthur have student loan debt?"
Of course we'll be watching, but, excuse me? Arthur as a "grown-up?" It's been done:
Grandma said she didn't wanna go to the movies today due to the weather, which by all means is understandable. We wound up with at least 20 inches! Its mind blowing to all of us, even to my best friend who's all the way in LA!
But mother DID provide a suggestion this morning!
She suggested that father and I go see Encanto sometime on the weekend!
I'll be honest, I am a bit bummed out she won't be able to see it as it really seemed like a movie that the both of us could enjoy! But once again, she told me she doesn't have the energy or patience with cinemas these days. So I'll see if dad and I could check the showtimes for Saturday, and if we have enough cash left, we can do the Dollar Tree dinner thing.
Whaddya think, dad? Care to tune in to another Pixar film? (And see if TikTok is actually right about this film being SO WONDERFUL!)
I will do my fatherly duty and go see Encanto.
(Then you'll have to sit through the eight hours of The Beatles' "GET BACK" Blu-ray, once I get it. BWAH HAH HAAAAAAH!!!)
(Will be saving my allowance for some popcorn....And to smuggle some water into the theater to cut the cost....)
No internet outage so far! Thank God! And on top of that, I'm off from school today too! So that's a DOUBLE WIN!
I declared myself a snow day and stayed home to clear out the driveway/ That 40+ mile drive to work on mostly un-plowed tow-lane farm road is deadly in this kind of weather. I have no intentions to side a SCEOND vehicle into a ditch!
Obviously we're staying home today because it'd be stupid of us to go out in 17-20 inches of snow. But on Tuesday, me and my mom and grandma are going to the movies to see Pixar's "Encanto"
Thanks to people on TikTok for going all gaga over this film and how great it is, it kind of reeled me into wanting to see it. And I listen to the soundtrack....More times than I can count since I oftentimes hear "Surface Pressure" or "We Don't Talk About Bruno" at least 50 times if not more when I'm on TikTok.
I do have more cinema plans after this one. Such as going to see "Sonic 2", "The Bad Guys" and most recently announced "The Bob's Burgers Movie" coming in May.
Other than that, I'm not sure what else the weekend holds for us. Other than maybe another dollar store dinner + movie night now that I have Balto II.
There's supposed to be another damn snowstorm coming tonight into Monday. Let's just hope there isn't another internet outage like last time... Those were some sad and dark hours...
Anyways, time for yesterday's Savers haul!
First was this what I can assume is an 8 inch Cici (cuz 16 inch is a Canada exclusive). This lil fella came new with tags and was casually waiting for me in the pillow section of all places.
Next was a smaller Squishmallow named Michaela. I found her in the front of the store (they have a small plush section by the cash registers). Since I didn't know her actual name when I bought her, my dad suggested "Deathkiller" would be a good name.
This was actually the first item I picked up. Our pal, Sonic was hiding in a tote in the back. He apparently wasn't given enough chilli dogs because the company never stuffed his body. Time to perform emergency surgery \srs.
A Build a Bear calico cat which we named "Marbu" after our late cat, Marbles. Who's anniversary is coming up on the 23rd or 24th I believe.
Candy Cane Glisten!!!!
Got this in a grab bag with an Elsa doll for only $2
This was an impulse buy....
I also wound up with a Futurama season 1 DVD set and Balto II. What a deal!
Dad and I plan on getting a bite to eat before the storm hits us. So fingers crossed!
That's right, folks. Its no more than 5 DEGREES outside.
So I woke myself up around 7:30 ish so I could tag along with the parents for my mom's bloodwork. Father and I waited in the car while she was inside the hospital, where father told me a couple of stories from his school days. We were in and out within about 5 minutes I'd say.
Next stop!
BREAKFAST!!!!
We all needed a little treat with this cold weather. Dad and I are still pretty stuffed so we've decided to call it "brunch" for now.
I tried some sort of "California Benedict Breakfast." Two poached eggs on an avocado-coated bagel with home fires. Let's not make that mistake again, okay?
Father and I plan on leaving for Savers around 12:30. I'll be sure to update on our findings!
Also, can you believe Cyberchase is turning 20 on Friday?!
So mom is blasting the Dr. Who theme song upstairs at the time of me typing this. There's nothing wrong with listening to some morning tunes, but it'd be nice if she could turn it down maybe? So I grabbed a spare pair of earbuds and took them with me on the walk to the basement. I kindly asked her if she could turn it down, she simply said "Its not that loud." Well I told her it was pretty loud to me. "Well you went to that Sing movie with your father, and THAT was pretty loud according to him!" she retorts back. I simply tell her once again that the movie wasn't that loud to me. Might be something having to do with my history of ear tubes?
Anyways, starting off on a good note, Jimmy Monet just got an update saying that the Budsies team are currently picking out the fabrics for the plush.
Which is pretty ironic (if I'm using that word correctly) because I was watching Guitarmageddon this morning! "Coincidental" is probably a better word.
I re-watched the Home Movies episode "Four's Company" on my new set of DVDs this morning. I initially didn't like this episode when I first saw it, but its actually pretty good when I last watched it with my dad! So its another episode to take off my "Least favorite Home Movies Episodes" list.
I was then watching a good portion of Guitarmageddon before our elderly cat disrupted the mood, making me go into Creeper mode.
IE, my cat screaming and my mom screaming makes me wanna explode.
Gonna be working on videos and other projects today. And trying to get past the water dragon's quiz in Skyward Sword...That thing is HARD!
Ya gotta get these things called "tadstones" while swimming underwater.
Also found out I have $40 for thrifting this weekend.
